South Coast’s Pre-Wash Checklist

Move Vehicles: Remove cars from driveways, garages, or any areas to be pressure washed.

Outdoor Furniture: Relocate patio furniture, grills, and other movable items from the cleaning area.

Decorations: Remove decorative items, potted plants, and garden ornaments.

Children’s Toys: Pick up any toys, bicycles, or outdoor play equipment.

Close Windows: Ensure all windows are tightly closed to prevent water from entering your home.

Check Doors: Close and securely lock all exterior doors.

Cover Electrical Outlets: Use plastic covers or tape to protect outdoor electrical outlets.

Light Fixtures: Ensure outdoor light fixtures are covered or temporarily removed if possible.

Prune Plants: Trim back any overhanging branches or shrubs near the cleaning area to give the team easy access.

Outdoor Faucets: Make sure outdoor water faucets are accessible and in working condition.

Keep Pets Indoors: Ensure pets are safely indoors or in a secure area away from the cleaning site.
